Cancelling or amending a Purchase can result in cancellation/amendment fees being applied, as outlined at the Cancellation Policy.

Our standard free cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance of the tour’s commencement. Exceptions include: Colosseum and Roman Forum tours are refundable up to 4 days prior to the event. Within 4 days, these tours are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within the tour’s free cancellation period are eligible for a refund for the full value of your booking or may be exchanged for future travel credit.

Cancellations received after the expiry of free cancellation period, late arrivals, and no-shows after a tour departs are not eligible for refunds.
